Shipping Policy – Balancing Act Art Collection

Thank you for shopping with Balancing Act Art Collection by Whimsy Rae’s Artistry. Each item in our shop is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are print-on-demand and custom produced, shipping times may be slightly longer than traditional retail items.

Processing Time  
All items are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your item ships.

Shipping Time  
Once your order has been produced and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 3–7 business days  
• Canada: 7–14 business days  
• International: 10–20 business days  

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs  
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

Tracking Information  
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's delivery progress.

Incorrect Addresses  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Items  
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.

Because each item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.
